Instructions for Updating Symantec Antivirus

1. Double click the yellow shield icon from your computer’s system tray to launch the Symantec antivirus application. To ensure that your Symantec Antivirus software is up to date, press the Live Update Button and follow the prompts in the window that appears.

2. Once the update is complete, press "Finish". At this time, you may be asked to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect. If this occurs, you will need to reboot before attempting to log into the Cisco Clean Access agent.
