Call Transfer - Same Campus

Press the switchhook and wait for a dial tone.
Dial the 4 digit number where the call should go.
You may hang up as soon as the line rings.

Call Forwarding Variable - Forwarding Calls To Another Extension (Same Campus Only)

Lift the receiver and wait for a dial tone.
Dial 103 and wait for another dial tone.
Dial the 4 digit extension number where the calls should go.
Let ring 2 times before hanging up.

All calls coming to your extension will forward to that number until you cancel the forwarding.

To Cancel Call Forwarding

Lift the receiver and wait for a dial tone.
Dial 104 and wait for a confirmation tone and hang up.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting alerts you to an incoming call while you are on your line.

At signal, press the switchhook.
Dial # plus 4 and the second call will be on the line.
To alternate between the calls press the switchhook.
To return to the first call, hang up and the line rings with the first call on the line.

To Temporarily Cancel Call Waiting

Lift the receiver and wait for a dial tone.
Dial 114 and wait for a confirmation tone.
Dial the number you need to call without being interrupted by Call Waiting.
